JOB POSTING: TOWNSHIP ZONING INSPECTOR
The Chester Township Board of Trustees is seeking a qualified, proactive individual to fill the full-time position of Zoning Inspector. This role is essential for ensuring compliance with Township Zoning Resolutions, managing land use, and conducting field inspections to maintain the community’s standards. The Zoning Inspector reports to the Township Trustees/Administrator and is responsible for enforcing zoning regulations through on-site property inspections, reviewing permit applications, and resolving violations.
Position Type: Full-Time 40 hours per week
Salary: $27 to $30 per hour (based upon experience)
