Hometown Heroes Banner Program
 
Chester Township Hometown Heroes Banner Program is to recognize the Chester Township residents and their immediate family members or friends who are currently serving or who have served our country for International or Domestic forces such as: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, National Guard, Merchant Marine, Space Force, Law Enforcement Officer and Firefighter/Emergency Medical Technician.

 The 24”w x 54 banner is in color, double-sided and individualized. Banners will include the service person’s name, branch of service, photo and name of sponsor. Banners will be displayed from May (Memorial Day) until November(Veteran’s Day). Banners will be located on Chillicothe and Mayfield Roads, from the intersection of both roads, in all four directions. At the end of the two year display season, the banner will be returned to the sponsor. The Hometown Heroes Banner Program will be available to the first (28) applicants on a first-come, first-served basis.

We are currently full for 2026 and will take applications starting December 1st 2026 for the 2027-2028 display season.
