Dear Chester Residents,

On behalf of our Elected Officials, Department Heads and Staff, I would like to Welcome all of you to your new web site and I hope you will find it as useful and helpful as we do.  This site has been made possible with the support and guidance of Nate Winn & Ray Turk of Company 119 (Chardon, Ohio) and their entire team. This project began almost a full year ago, with discussions and planning about our community, our objectives and most of all our residents. I am confident in saying that this web site should never be complete and must remain alive and current with updated information that will benefit everyone. We encourage you to visit regularly for meeting notices, events, announcements, agendas / minutes and beneficial information from all of our departments. 

The vision that I saw for our community was to focus the site around our being one of the Gateway’s to Geauga County. Where we settled was with what felt like home: “Countryside Living!”
