Notice is hereby given that the Chester Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing on November 9, 2026 for the following:

**BZA-2026-11 (Continued from October 12, 2026)

Notice is hereby given that the Chester Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing on an application identified as ZA-2026-11 on the 9th day of November, 2026 at 7:00pm at Chester Town Hall.

The applicant, Christopher Mittinger, is requesting an area variance for property located at 13078 Dorothy Dr., proposing to construct an accessory building, which is in violation of Sections 501.3(B) and 501.5(B)(5) of the Chester Township Zoning Resolution.

The applicant, Paul Ridley is requesting an area variance for height and size of a proposed accessory building.  The accessory building would have an area of 8,424 square feet and a proposed median height of 25’. This proposal is in violation of the maximum total area of 2,500 square feet per Section 501.3 of the Chester Township Zoning Resolution and the 20’ median height permitted per Section 501.17 of the Chester Township Zoning Resolution.
